Ofrecemos una gama de clases intermedias y avanzadas en las que profundizamos en los métodos y procesos utilizados en el diseño geométrico. Las clases se centran en diferentes aspectos de la técnica y el diseño observando la geometría y los patrones de lugares de todo el mundo.
Las clases tienen un enfoque específico con el objetivo de desarrollar una comprensión más profunda del tema en su conjunto. Exploramos los motivos en detalle y estudiamos las estructuras subyacentes, así como la historia y la aplicación de estos motivos.

Join us for an inspiring 8-week geometric art course in our calm, creative studio space! Go beyond the beauty of the Alhambra as you explore stunning patterns from cultures around the world. Each week, you'll dive into the history, learn to draw with traditional tools (ruler & compass), and begin transforming your designs into vibrant painted artwork.
No experience? No problem. This course is perfect for beginners and seasoned artists alike.
Unwind, create, and connect with centuries of artistic tradition.

Materials:
Students will need to purchase some art supplies, such as a sketchbook, watercolour paper, and paints. Compasses will be provided for those who don't have them. A detailed list of required supplies and where to purchase them in Granada will be provided upon enrolment.

World of Pattern
An Online Monthly Pattern Club
Join our monthly pattern club, where we gather online to explore and draw a new pattern each session. This time we are going to step beyond the patterns of the Alhambra, embarking on a global journey, discovering and creating patterns from all around the world.
Each session will focus on a different design, looking at where it comes from and how it’s created, guiding you step-by-step as we draw together, followed by a Q&A and a chance to share your work.
One of the unique aspects of this world of geometry is the sense of community each course fosters, building connections and friendships as we explore the beauty of geometric patterns.

No experience is required!
Whether you're new to art, a casual creator, or a seasoned artist looking to add a new technique to your repertoire, this course offers a welcoming and accessible environment for everyone. During class we will draw the patterns and constructs designs based upon the specific methods involved. Time is also spent studying the techniques that apply to drawing these designs as well as techniques for painting using different mediums.

We’ll start by looking at grids that will allow you to extract various patterns, optimising what you can understand about patterns as you progress.
To maximise our time together, we'll focus on drawing rather than painting, ensuring that we can dive deeper into pattern work and understanding.
This approach will help you take as much knowledge as possible with you.
In person - One Day Intensive
